11 years tutor experience 2nd-SAT level educator 1250 SAT score but studied and tutored SAT exam for 3 years. I want to be a tutor because I feel that we have fallen behind against the world competitors, plus I love working with children. There is a great way to teach children math and science without them getting bored. I love educating myself to better educate others. I have my ATAS certificate, taken the Praxis 1 and 2, Violence Prevention, Child Abuse and CPR certified and I have taken SAT prep courses for refreshing. I have started in the education field as a paraprofessional, then became a supervisor, asst. director and lastly a Director. I feel that I am the epitome of hard work and dedication in the education world. I have tutored most age groups from 2nd to SAT level and feel very confident that I can help your child academically. I am fun to be around too so they will definitely have a great experience.

Hobbies
I started writing poetry at a very young age. I play and have coached children in basketball, tennis, soccer, volleyball, handball, baseball etc. I am very intrigued by ethical or philosophical geniuses who have influenced thought. I have taught art to special needs children and mainstream. I am in love with math and always look for new and inventive ways to tutor or teach the subject. I am well versed in science and science projects that inspire children to think and process their experience. I love politics and have worked with children in social activism by starting a hip hop club where we created a compilation album, performed at the City Winery and closed the year with an "End of the Year Show." One of my biggest interests are creating social awareness with children and making sure they are knowledgeable of their self-preservation.
